    ITEM DESCRIPTION -
    Original Kobel 5x7 photo of the dwarf, Charley Lockhart standing just 42" tall. He did serve several terms as the Texas State Treasurer. #0260
    Photo is out of the Bernard Kobel series of vintage photo copies and his marking is on the back. The Kobel photos are all vintage copies of photos taken by others and sold mainly in the 1950-60's by him. Print quality is not always the best. It is in very nice condition with some light creasing.
