Lemax 2007 Police Precinct 13 Signature Collection Lighted Building
Bought new, used once. A few factory fade spots in a few areas. Fade spot on flag. Box, casing and light cord. Measures approx. 7 x 6 x 5. Item was tested and works as intended and lights up.
The dot behind the flag pole looks like some screw insert from factory. It was there when purchased. May have been the original insert for the flag. Thanks for stopping by. Will be listing a lot of items

NOTE: some pieces may have the "typical factory flaws", minor manufacturing paint imperfections,  (excessive glue, paint out of lines, crooked attachments etc. since each piece is hand painted and assembled, allowing for minor and unique imperfections due to this hands on process from factory.
Color may vary due to light and camera settings. Some may throw the color off.
I buy items from estate sales, retailers and other places, new and used.
Materials I use is recycle boxes and packing materials, so your item may come in a homemade box fitted around your item. I pack all items safely and securely, and make sure there is no risk of damage. Unfortunately, the mail carriers do not care about your package and your item may arrive damaged. I had that experience. But hopefully it won't.
