Marked Japan bisque frozen charlotte pair, Black 5 1/2 " and White 4" both nice

Description

This is a nice little pair of girls who I would think fall into the category of frozen Charlotte even though their arms move.  The little Black girl has some wear to her face paint and it looks as if there was a blue feather glued to her hair at some point. She is 5 1/2 inches tall. The white girl is 4 inches tall.  There is wear to her face and hair paint.  Both their arms move but their legs are "frozen".
