SMALL CARNIVAL GAME WHEEL on CAST IRON STAND 17 1/2" Diameter 28" Tall

I am listing a small hand made Carnival Game Wheel or Wheel of chance. It has the clover leaf cut out and painted numbers with brass nail stops. It has a cast iron stand with the molded three foot base. The rod is threaded to the base and can be removed for shipping. It looks like the ticker has been replaced. The stand shows some wear. It measures only 28" tall as it sits on the stand and the wheel has a diameter of 17 1/2".  I'm sure this could be used today. This is NOT from the 1800's. Please check all the pictures. They are the best description. I try to get every angle and side. Good Luck! I ship the next day.
