Vintage 2-sided CARNIVAL WHEEL with SPINNING ARROW - possible Coney Island piece

This is a fantastic carnival / circus wheel I purchased about ten years ago and displayed as art. It is two sided, one with metal rods that look like they were used to grip and spin the wheel. I'm not overly sure how it was mounted or to what kind of stand/holder. This is for the wheel and arrow only as no stand was provided.
The arrow is particularly spectacular as it does spin. The arrow is heavy and weighted with what looks to be lead plugs to give it weight when it rotates. There are details galore on this. The paint patina is solid, with different designs on both sides. The edge of the wheel has a metal embossed band with dimensional dots. The band is a bit loose but still there and nicely worn. You can secure it but I'm keeping it original and as I received it. The arrow is it's own kind of awesome.
Due to the overall weight and size, this will likely be shipped in two boxes so shipping fees are considered when priced. It's heavy (ie. costly to ship), especially due to the metal in the arrow.
I was told this came from Coney Island but have no actual documentation to that fact. So I'm passing on the little information I have on this item.
