    This is a Vintage Carnival Amusement Park Ball Toss Game Knock Down Clown Punk White Hair.  This is from the St Louis Missouri area Chain of Rocks Amusement Park which closed down in 1978 after a fire.  It is approx. 13 1/2" tall and it is in very nice unused condition with light storage wear from being shuffled around in a box.  There are some dark spots in the white hair.  Please, refer carefully to the photo / photos for the exact condition of this item.
