Vintage Soviet Olidjus from the 1990's Soviet Union ! This is very Rare Puzzle

The puzzle was produced in the former Soviet Union in the 1980's. The original name is ОЛИДЮС , transliterated Olidius or OLIDJuS. OLIDJuS is a artifically constructed name: OLI is the short name for logical toy and D, Ju and S are the first letters of the inventors Dimitriew, Jurin and Stulnikow.
The puzzle is related to the Square-1 (or better: the Dodecagonal prism which does not behave bandaged and is usually made from a Square-1): There are two central pieces which allow a 180°-move and 18 segments in each of the two layers parallel to the central pair of pieces. These 18 segments make it into an octadecagonal prism.
The original price is based on the official exchange rate (0.6 rubels per dollar) although in socialist time this was completely theoretical. The price (in rubels) is printed on the package.
